60-Day Return Policy
You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items may be used or worn, and tags may be removed.

  • Items must not be damaged through misuse or negligence.

  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@alleviaplus.com to initiate your return.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will be refused.


Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, we’ll automatically issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times vary by bank or credit card company; please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact support@alleviaplus.com.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@alleviaplus.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll work quickly to make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item for a refund, then place a new order. If you prefer, you can return your item and we’ll send a replacement free of charge once we’ve received the original.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an EU address, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll need your proof of purchase (order number).

To exercise this right, contact support@alleviaplus.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide a return label and instructions.
