  • Australia, Canada & EU/EEA: 5–14 business days

  • In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding national holidays).

  • Preorder Items: Shipped within 25–30 days of purchase.

9. Refusing to Pay Duties

  • If you refuse to pay applicable import charges, your package may be returned or destroyed at your expense. No refunds will be issued.

  • Cancel for full refund within 24 hours of placing your order before dispatch. Email support@alleviaplus.com to request cancellation.


11. Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

  • Once dispatched, we’re not responsible for loss or theft. We cannot ship replacements or issue refunds for items confirmed as delivered.

  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.) are not refundable. If you notify us before return, we can resend at your cost.
